So far today...IT WORKS!

Breakfast consisted of 6 pieces of bacon and a cup of decaf for the road.

We have 4 people leaving our office; so, lunch was at one of my favorite Chinese buffets.

I ate from the "fix-your-own" section. Shrimp, scallops, beef, mushrooms, broccali and green peppers, with hot sauce.

I also ate from the fixed food line but restricted myself to seafood, beef and veggies. For "dessert" I had 1 crab rangoon, 3 small sushi rolls (rice) and one fortune cookie. Not sure if I will loose weight, but three hours later I am still in "large" ketosis.

Have to make sure and walk for my afternoon break and take a light dinner.

Continuing to push the water!

Dr. Atkins was right, you can eat luxuriously and still be low carb!
