Although I have experienced a minor weight loss (2+ pounds) I have, as a result of reading in DANDR added some additional supplements to see if they will break the barrier and start loosing some weight.
L-Carnitine: is supposed to assist in fat transport, promote memory and antioxidant support.
Co Q-10: Works in the production of enery.
Chromium: helps metabolize carbohydrates, protein and fats.
Omeaga 3 fish oil.
Today's menu;
Breakfast: 2 McDonalds Bacon, egg & cheeze biscuit...without the biscuits
Lunch: One chef salad with oil & vinegar
Snack: one can pink salmon in oil (This ought to gross some out...I drank the oil!)
I have a small bag of BBQ Pork Rinds for a snack this afternoon.
Dinner is at the VFW, fried nekked chicked (had to order it special)
