  • Spinach dip...

I make this for my hubby all the time, and it hit me that it may be induction safe, but I have no clue to how to count it. Here's the ingredients:

    1 package spinach thawed
1 package room temperature cream cheese
    1 cup sourcream
1/2 cup of ranch dressing or a packet of hidden valley ranch.
Garlic and salt seasoning to taste.

I mix all the ingredients together and mix till smooth then chill.

Is this induction safe and how would I count the net carbs?

It's sorta inductions safe, depends on how much you eat. Remember that you can only have 1oz (2 tbs) of sour cream a day. Put the recipe on a blank day in fitday.com and it will tell you all that is in it.
