This will make ALOT of dip....But, it is DELISH!
Chicken Wing Dip
2 - 8 oz pkgs Cream Cheese
1 pkg (2 c) grated Cheddar/Monterey Jack Cheese
1 small jar hot sauce (if durkee's hot sauce use ¾ of the bottle)
8 oz Blue Cheese Dressing (U can make your own if you'd like)
About 3 boneless chicken breasts cooked and chopped well
Optional - Crumbly blue cheese
Cook chicken breasts (with ground red pepper and a little garlic pepper if you'd like) in about 1 tblsp olive oil until no pink remains. Mix all ingredients (except 1 cup cheese) with chopped chicken and spread in a greased 9x13 baking dish (or two smaller dishes) and top with remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake at 350 until bubbly. Serve with celery sticks.
