I just made this to have with cold shrimp. Nothing revolutionary, just tasty.
1 small hass avocado
2 tbs sour cream
1 tbs horseradish or to taste
1 tsp hot sauce or to taste ( I like Frank's extra hot)
salt to taste
Mush it up and eat it with whatever. My avocado wasn't very ripe so it has more of a spread consistancy, but if it had been softer I could have mashed it better and made it more dip like. I might add lemon or lime juice the next time, maybe some other guacamole type ingredients.
