These are sooo good. My Fiance and my 8 yr old gobble them right up!
1 Package stuffing Mushrooms
1 Stalk celery Diced
1 t Chopped Garlic (+/- to your Taste)
1/2 Pkg Cream Cheese
4 Oz Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 Stick Butter
1/2 C. Crushed Pork Rinds (I used the SPICY kind)
1 can CRAB, drained
1/8 Cup Mayonaise
Olive Oil
Italian seasoing
pepper/salt
Melt butter in sauce pan. clean mushrooms and remove Stems & Dice. Cook Celery, Mushroom stems and Garlic until soft. Put in Medium glass bowl. Pour a thin layer of Olive Oil in Pan. Brown mushrooms slightly, about 5 mins each side. While browning Shrooms, add Cream cheese, Mayo, Parm Cheese, Crab, Pork rinds, and seasonings, Mixing WELL. If too "cheesy" more Crushed pork rinds may be added. Place Browned mushrooms in Glass baking dish, Using melon baller or Tablespoon fill each mushroom w/a mound of stuffing. Broil until the tops are Bubbly and browned.

Can you use plain mushrooms - I can't have stuffing
...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
