  • Duck Rikshaw

I don't know if anyone in here knows what Rumaki Rikshaw is, but it is a favorite of mine. A chicken liver around a water chestnut, wrapped in bacon and marinated in seasame chili oil, ginger and soy sauce. Then grilled.

Well, Duck is the same, so no liver. It is an excellent variation! But I go one further, if you are allowed at your phase of the diet you can....I use a chestnut instead of the water chestnut when I use duck...MMMMMM

Hi Kay!, Can I have a walnut on extended induction??? WOW I hope so!!

I get on here late, so I am always filling up the board posting whatever recipe pops into my head. I hope no one minds. If you are looking for it....there is a good chance I know about it or have it, as lonf as it is not a substitution recipe for clean induction.....I am not good at that. That is whay I come here!! I get loads of wonderful info and ideas for getting variety and not getting close to the cheating edge. Great place!

        Hi Pamela

Yep, if you decide to move onto extended induction, you can add in an oz of nuts, just for your info 1 walnut according to Fiday has 0.548gr carbs and 0.268 fibre = 0.280 net carbs!

Keep posting those recipes - we'll usually find a way to tailor them!
