Meringues
Beat 6 egg whites (3/4 cup egg whites) with 2 tsp. of white vinegar and 2 tsp. of almond or vanilla extract and 1 cup of Splenda for 10 min or until stiff. Dollop into six piles on cookie sheet and bake in 300 degree oven for 25 minutes. Turn off oven and leave for at least 1/2 an hour.
