1tbs cream
pinch of not sweetened choco powder or decaf coffe
and sweetner (the one u use)

- take a verry small bowl so that 1tbs of cream will fill it
- put cream in bowl add sweetner and decaf coffe or choco powder
- mix... mix..
- put it in the freezer for 30 mins. or till il becomes hard and cold (be careful not too hard)
- then ENJOY......
