  • I posted this in the Induction Forum as well. Great Dessert

The thing I love about this WOE is that you can totally be creative.

    For the Americans:

    1 qt. strawberries, divided
    1-1/2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (8-serving size) or 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Brand Gelatin, any red flavor (Sugar Free or made with Splenda)
    Ice cubes
    1 cup cold water
    1-1/3 cups blueberries, divided
1 tub (8 oz.) Whip Cream (Make your own Whipping cream)

    For the Canadians:

Same as a above however no blueberries just extra strawberries. It is really good if you put some fruit in the jello while it sets.

If you are on Induction just leave the fruit to the side but you can totally have the jello and whipping cream. For OWL this is a great festive treat.

    ENJOY!

Atkins didn't say 'Calories don't count',

We are a "divided household"....one American and one Canadian.....and the desserts not only look fabulous, but will please both sides of the border!

I will be using both since we are hosting a BBQ for a "mixed crowd"!.

        Thanks for the idea!!!!

Looks fabulous, thanks for sharing! But the fruit topping is not okay during Induction.

The fruit topping is just fine when you are on the berries rung.

The problem with the canadian dessert is you're forced to share it with everyone else...
Started eating less in December, @ 295lbs
Started Atkins end of May, @ 275lbs
              Currently @ 242
