    Hello guys,
ok i love cheesecake im yet to find a cheesecake that comes out like the ones in the stores i know that they add floor to those ones so ok i cant expect uch a good one.
ok so group choosecakes in 2 sections

1)need baking due to adding eggs

    2) just freeze the recipe

ive tried both and when i try to slice the cakes they just crumble so serving for people it really doesnt look that nice. so what am i doing wrong or is this how they are.
please direct me to some (tested) cheesecake recipes that dont crumble. i want to serve some for a gathering im having next week. thanks

Could you post one of the receipes you're using? The ones I make are all the baked type, so if you post one of those, maybe I could see what you are doing wrong. Castoridae

If you are on or past the dairy rung that allows Ricotta cheese, I have a great recipe for you. It is baked and comes out GREAT!! Cheesecake is naturally low carb, just a few tweaks, and TA DA, yummy cheesecake.

      Friends and fam. love it.

      Give it a try.

That is THE BEST low carb cheesecake recipe there is! I made it over the holidays (only I added a nut crust and some choclate & pecan decoartions) and no one even knew it was low carb, my whole family loved it! Here is a pic of mine

            Re: Cheesecake help

I know this is WAY too late, but this cheesecake recipe is GREAT, it's rich and thick and it never crumbles.

Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!
