A packet of Splenda has the sweetness of 2 tsp sugar. A cup of sugar has the sweetness of 48 tsp sugar. So 1 cup sugar corresponds to 24 packets of Splenda.

I'd use the granulated kind instead. 1 cup sugar corresponds to 1 cup granulated Splenda.
