Jello makes a sugar free Pudding. I have never bought it, but saw it on sale in a flyer.

        Re: Pudding?

They market it as fat free I think. The one we have in Canada is made with aspartame and so should be avoided. Also, you would have to check the ingredients to see where it fits into the OWL rungs. It's not for induction, for sure, as it needs to be made with lots of dairy (the box says to use skim milk, but the low carb version is to make it with heavy cream and water - that's for your future reference - heee)

            Re: Pudding?

I buy Sylvester Stallone's high protein low carb pudding for a treat sometimes. It's sooooo goood and pretty good for you. Look for it at vitamin stores.

              Re: Pudding?

Jello makes a Sugar Free - Fat Free Pudding in all flavors. Problem is that you have to use milk to make it and that is a no-no for most of us. There is the milk subsitute that I use in some things that don't require much milk but the Jello Pudding required 2 cups of it.

Think this will be a treat that has to wait. I don't know of any way to make it induction friendly cause of the milk.

Their Sugar Free jello is pretty good but if aspartame stalls you then that's a no-no too. Can make your own with gelatine and splenda though

                Re: Pudding?

Jello brand makes a SF ready made pudding that is kept in the refridgerator section of the grocery. It is made with Splenda (which is odd since the jello is made with aspertame, but could mean they are moving to do both), and has 6 net carbs. Think it needs to wait until after induction. They are delicious though, have had both the chocolate flavour and the chocolate with the vanilla in the middle.

I make the SF pudding from time to time and use SF unsweetened soy milk.
                    Tastes great!
