I came up with this recipe about a year ago, and everyone loves it! It's my favourite way to eat lamb, and much cheaper than buying chops or legs.
Serves: 2
2 Lamb shoulder cuts.
3/4 stick butter
1 1/2TBS cinamon
Salt and Pepper to taste
Poke holes in the lamb with a fork on both sides. Brush with melted butter. Salt and pepper to taste, and then apply and press the cinnamon to coat the outside of the lamb on both sides. Stick in fridge and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Broil or grill lamb (I prefer grilling), brushing with melted butter and remaining cinnamon mixture. Grill until medium well, and serve immediately.
