Rite on time, MOG! Thanks! I was hunting for the cure myself!

Barb - you don't need an ice cream maker! Learned this at scouts:
Get a Freezer size and Pint size good ziploc bags.
Gather ingredients for 1 pint, or do this with bigger batch & divide among several pints as below:

Add recipe ingredients for 1 pint to small bag; zip.
Add ice and salt and small zipped bag to the large bag. zip.
Play catch with someone for 10-15 minutes with the bag.
(try not to drop it on rough or debris-ridden surfaces!)
Optional, dribble it around with your feet 10-15 minutes; keep spare big bag handy in case of leaks.

Get out your spoon and enjoy!! Great exercise, with a reward at the end!
