    Pudding Pops

1 small package Sugar Free Jello Pudding (I used white chocolate)
    1 cup heavy cream
    1 cup water

Mix together and freeze in popsicle molds. I just leave em in overnight. They are creamy and wonderful and cold. (Great for summer)
My size popsicle molds made about six.
However, i have eight popsicle molds, so I mixed key lime juice with splenda and water and dumped that in the last two. I'm trying those tomorrow.

A little more than 1 carb per serving. But check your brand of pudding to be sure.

(Will you all please write the Jello company and ask them to use Splenda instead of aspartame?)

Nice one, I will have to remember this when I'm done with the Induction.

      Thanks!
