LITTLE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKES

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

8 oz cream cheese -- 250g softened
1 egg -- beaten
3 tbsp splenda
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Preheat oven to 350°F-180°C
Butter 3 6 oz 180g custard cups, set aside.
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients well.
Spoon into custard cups.
Bake at 350°F-180°C for 20 to 25 minutes until set. Top will be cracked.
Cool cover with saran and store in fridge.
Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 215 Calories; 21g Fat (84.4% calories from fat); 6g Protein; 3g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 109mg Cholesterol; 182mg Sodium. Exchanges: 0 Grain(Starch); 1 Lean Meat; 3 1/2 Fat.
*These are SO easy to make. I added a little more cocoa. And had sf whipped cream on top.I'm going to play around with using sf syrups instead of the Splenda. I'll let you know how it goes.
