  • Warm Cream cheese cinnamon pudding

    I made a discovery.........and it is good!

I was attempting to make "clouds" for the first time. I didn't have the cream cheese at room temp so I threw it in a bowl with the butter to soften it up but instead let it melt (it was very warm). I added the splenda and some cinnamon to my own liking and just had to tast the "batter" before I froze it and OMG! It is delish!!!!!! It was like warm pudding! I didn't even make clouds because my new discovery is just so amazing. If anyone has tried this, please back me up on how good it is. Funny that I haven't found anything like this on the board so far, it's so darn good! Anyway, for those who don't know how to make clouds, the ingredients are: 1 blk cream cheese, 1 stick butter(both warmed in the microwave for pudding, softened for clouds) 1/4 splenda and I added cinnamon, just add however much you like. This is so yummy

I haven't tried it wit the butter but I make the cream cheese and cinnamon mixture to put on a mock danish- however i usually skip the danish and just eat the frosting- it really does satisfy. I'll have to try it with the butter

just rememeber to count the cheese in your daily limit and the sweeteners you use in that limit of 3 servings too. overeating legal atkins goodies is just as bad as eating high carb junk.

Well, of course! I didn't eat the entire bowl or anything, just refridgerated it and scooped out individual servings whenever I wanted something sweet. Zapped in the microwave to make warm again.

I'm sure you do, but folk reading will think it is one serving since you didn't say how many servings it is. we had that issue with a microwave cake before.

OK, to all the newbies.........1 block of cream cheese, 1 stick of butter and 1/4 of Splenda is NOT one serving. At least, I hope no one thinks it is

Based on the fact that you used a whole block of cream cheese I would never have considered it a single...serving. I make this same type of treat, but I just cut off a 1 or 2 ounce chunk of the cheese and make it that way...This was it keeps me from over eating it Yes it is so yummy!

I make that all the time but with canned pumpkin mixed in (for the fiber and because I love pumpkin). When I don't have cream cheese, I warm up the canned pumpkin and mix plain yogurt in (adding pumpkin pie spices and splenda).
No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

For a treat around the holidays, I've been cutting up a one ounce slice of cream cheese into 4 little chunks, pressing in a 1/2 or 1/4 of a walnut, and sprinkling with a little splenda. YUM!
