Ok, I am sitting here doing my homework for prdicting populations and earthquakes and posting in between every 5 problems. So, I may as well hit the dessert thread.
I made the mock danish in several ways and added maple flavor to one, which makes it dark in color. I added almond flavor to another and banana to another, making two of each. (This was at a tasting party for people who thought I was never going to find tasty foods to eat. I won a bet) Using a mixture of sour cream, softened cream cheese and flavorings I created a frosting. You can, or not use sweetener, it is up to you.
I put a butter flavor with the banana, an orange flavor with the maple and a rose flavor with the almond.
