Ok, I just thought of two different versions. Play with it and make your own versions. I am going to make this for a special dinner for my sweety.
1 bottle champagne
3t freshly grated ginger
1/2 cup splenda (I am gonna try to find the liquid splenda)
bring the first two to a boil and immediately remove from heat, stir for 5 minutes and then add the splenda. when cool, pour into stainless steel, or glass bowl and freeze. every 2 hours scrape the ice crystals off the bowl and stir until it is totally frozen, but very soft. The ice crystals should never be stuck together, even when completely frozen. you have to stir often to acheive this. start in early morning and work on it all day.
1 bottle champagne
1 cup daVinci raspberry, or peach syrup
boil as above and add syrup the same time as the splenda above. After each are totally frozen, put in chilled martini glasses to serve and garnish with mint leaves, berry, or a nut.
