Easy crustless cheese cake for 2

Here is a little something my fiance whipped up. It is a little similar to the mock danish, but I think It is better. We usually split it, so I have double the ingredients. Cut in half for one...Very easy..

8-0z of cream cheese
3 tsps of splenda
1 tsp vanilla

Heat all ingredients in the microwave for about a minute or a minute ten, Remove from the microwave, stir and cool in the fridge for a half hour. Or just strait from the microwave. Either way it is awsome..

This was good but a little to rich in cheese flavor for me. I whipped up some cream and folded this recipe in and it made it a little less harsh and gave it a light fluffy texture. Yumm!!
