    1 cup heavy whipping cream
    1 egg
    1/3 cup frozen straw/raspberries, unsweeten
    Splenda, granular; to taste

    Dump all in a blender and blend until you get a soft serve type
    texture. Pour into tupperware and place in freezer. I keep an eye
    on the
    ice cream because if it remains in the freezer for too long it will
    freeze
    into a giant ice cube. I get 2 servings out of this...
