  • Is this a cloud?!

I couldn't find the exact recipe, but what I did was...

    4 Tblspns Heavy cream, whipped
    .5 tspn vanilla
    .5 tspn splenda
    1 tspn caramel Artisan syrup

Whipped it all together and put it on some parchments paper in a couple gobs and froze it...it was soooo good! Almost just like ice cream!

    Nice New year's treat!

What did you use to whip it? I use a food processer to make it thick and rich! Oh, and I add more splenda. Gotta love splenda! LOL.

The link to the cookbook can be found at either the top of the forum index (Recipes) or at the very bottom(Cookbook). Have fun!

Fair Warning: Either you love 'em or you hate 'em. If you love them, they are addicting! So watch your portion control on these.

                CLOUDS

                8 oz cream cheese
                1 stick of butter
                1/4 tsp vanilla extract
                1/4 cup of Splenda

Mix it all together, drop by tsp on waxed paper and freeze. Store them in an airtight container in the freezer.

I've also made them "chocolate" by adding cocoa powder (unsweetened). AND I don't make them at all anymore because they're too easy to overeat! LOL

make sure the butter doesn't have SALT in it. I made some with the butter/salt included. They were nasty. Had to throw them out.
