  • chocolate milkshake-induction friendly

    so i was CRAVING a chocolate milkshake and i came up with this! It is as close to a chocolate milkshake as i can get without being non induction friendly!

    1 cup of finely chopped ice
    1 tbsp of cocoa
    1 packet of splenda=1carb
    approx 1 tbsp of heavy whipped cream

    blend together and enjoy!

    Start date: May 28th
    SW: 175 GW: 140 CHeight: 5'7 CHips: 42 CThighs: 25
    June 11th: goal =169 MET GOAL, JUNE 3RD (16
    June 25th: goal=165 MET GOAL JUNE 10TH!!
    July 2nd: goal=160
    July 16th: goal=155
    July 30th: goal=150
    August 13th: goal= 145 and 15 inches lost
    August 30th: PT test/Weigh in for the Naval Academy!!!
    Inches lost since May 28th: 2.5 Thighs, 1 hips, 2 waist

      There was another recipe that I saw online that substitutes the cocoa with a tablespoon of sugar free instant pudding. Would that work too?

        I think the sugarfree pudding mixture has like 7 carbs which I find would be a waste on induction.

          re-starting atkins: 4/28/09 - 220.7 pounds
          current weight as of:
          goal: 168-175 pounds then we will see if I need to lose any more.

          **well...I had a cheat, after a great start- and I'm starting again...just because I owe myself a clean slate.

          Counting the cheat free days starting 4/28/2009:

            I did however use the full allotment of heavy cream, as the liquid was not enough for my blender to deal with, without the motor smoking- yikes! It's divine though! I was just going to have some chocolate whipped cream, but this is heaven.
