    cream?

    When people say cream are they reffering to cream cheese and is it induction friendlY?

    Chances are they're referring to heavy cream. That would be induction friendly, so would cream cheese. Have you picked up a copy of the book yet?

      I dont even know what heavy cream is what section of the store would it be in LOL. No dotn got enough money for the book just going by these forums which are helpful.

        heavy cream is what you make whipped cream of if you do it yourself...at least here in Holland it is
        so in the supermarket you would probably find it with milk, yogurt and the likes.
        Date to reach goal: I don't care, as long as it happens :P
