These are YUMMY so be careful eating them
One thing I would change is wait to put the jelly in the cookies till AFTER you bake the cookies. I change it in the recipe too. They say to bake it with the jelyy in it, but it just runs out of the cookie and you can't taste the jelly at all if you do it that way

Makes 24 cookies. Serving = 2 cookies
For 2 cookies:
140 calories, 11g fat, 2.5g saturated fat, 6g protein, 7g carbs, 1g fiber

- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 c Walden Farms Sugar Free/Calorie Free Jelly
