I just made this and YUMMY!!! I wanted something Pumpkiny, and I didn't want to make a whole pumpkin pie so I looked around and decided to try mixing some canned pumpkin with Ricotta Cheese. It turned out sooooo good!!! It was so simple to make too. Here's what I did...
Niki's Pumpkin Dessert
Ingredients
1/4 cup of Ricotta Cheese
1 tbsp Pumpkin, canned
a pinch of Pumpkin Spice
a pinch of cinnamon
a pinch of nutmeg
Sweetzfree or Splenda to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients.
Sweeten to taste.
ENJOY!!!
