I never use to, but now I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!! You do have to be careful because it can cause cravings. It doesn't for me (or does it??? O_O), but macadamia nuts and cashews DO!!! I LOVE peanut butter fudge, but I want to eat it ALL!!! So I don't make it
Here is is...Niki's Peanut Butter Goo
1 tblsp Creamy Peanut Butter, Natural
.5 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 scoop Designer Whey, French Vanilla (I may try chocolate next time)
1/2 tblsp DaVinci Sugar Free Syrup, Vanilla (or whatever flavor you like...carmel is good too)
Sweetzfree or one pack splenda.
Heat the cream cheese and peanut butter in the micro for about 10 seconds. Mix until well blended. Add Syrup, Splenda, and Whey. Mix well. It will be a very gooey consistency. I like it like that, but you can put it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes to firm it up a little. This makes one serving and is sooooo good. I love how gooey it is
I added an extra carb for the SF Davinci Syrup because it's made with splenda. I use so little in the recipe that I doubt it is one carb for it, but it's better to be safe than sorry
