This is my SIL's recipe. I've had it with sugar instead of Splenda and it's devine. I'm going to try it with Splenda this weekend and see how it turns out.
Easy Lemon Ice Cream (No Ice Cream Maker Needed)
2 Cups Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup dry Splenda (or use less to taste)
2 Tbsp Lemon Peel (one lemon)
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice (remove the pips ... Gladys needs them)
Mix cream and Splenda until Splenda is partly dissolved. Add lemon juice and peel and whip until stiff. Pour into a container and freeze.
