    I HAVE THE NEW WAY TO MAKE YOGURT


    2 TABLESPPONS OF SOUR CREAM (JUST TRUST ME! I KNOW IT SOUNDS YUCKY!!)

    3 PACKETS OF SPLENDA

    1-2 TABLESPOON OF VANILLA EXTRACT


    STIR AND MIX TOGETHER!!! TRUST ME YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!!! OH BY THE WAY I DON'T EXACTLY KNOW THE NUTRITIONAL FACTS!!

      omg this was soooo0o0o0o0 good. I added some low carb peanut butter and it was like peanut butter yougurt.. tasty!

        it maybe induction friendly but you just used up your entire days allowance for sweetener on one food. You can make very low carb yogurt when you get to OWl rung 2 with the HOOD Carb Countdown milk.

        The peanut butter needs to wait for OWL rung 3.
