    I was interested in the concept so I googled it and found this on the 3 Fat chicks low carb board:

    3 Tablespoons ground golden Flax seed
    2 Tablespoons Davinci's (I suggest caramel, irish cream, or something like that)
    1 tsp unsweetened cocoa

    How to Prepare:

    Mix all ingredients into a firm ball. Spray a plate with a little cooking spray (optional) and spread the ball thinly on the plate. (about 1/4 thickness). Microwave for about a minute, and flip it using a spatula (it should be firm, but soft). Microwave another 2-3 minutes to desired crispness. (I like a crunch, so I do 4 minutes total


    I found this on Low Carb Friends website. I Googled Flax Cookie because I wasn't getting the other cookies right. I microwaved mine for 1 min on each side, on parchment paper. It came out crispy, but has a weird sweetener taste too it. Maybe one tablespoon sweetener, one tablespoon water would work. It is crunchy, a nice treat for something different.
    Try to get 80-100 ounces a day!
