    don't know exactly where to put this but since i did pudding with the milk and that is a dessert type thing i will put this here.

    this is just a finding of mine since the talk of banana pudding was a hot topic in journals one day.

    i did buy some sugar free, insant jello pudding and used the hoods low carb white milk instead of the low fat, or whole milk. i did not know if it would taste right or even work. had never tried it. but it did work and it tasted fine to me.

    still not induction friendly but i ain't on induction on it just added another dessert or yummy snack to my list of "legals"

    I do the same thing but I actually do 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup heavy cream, and 1/2 cup water,...it saves on some of the carbs (my heavy cream has 0). Then I divide it into 8 portions and top with a bit of whipped cream...yum. I also have made mini meriguine shells (about 13 of them) and then scoop a bit of pudding into each one...so yummy!!

      I've done both methods also. Either carb countdown or cream mixed with water. Cream does have carbs. The labels are allowed to round down which can be very deceptive.

      Fitday shows 1 cup of heavy cream to have only 6.64 grams carbs but 820 calories. Just something to keep in mind.
