I love O'Charley's honey mustard dressing so I took the bottle out of the frige and contemplated how can I have this w/o the carbs and sugar?
Well here is how I did it
a plop of mayo (make sure it does not have sugar)
a squirt of mustart
a dash of paparika
a dash of garlic powder
a smiggen of onion powder
a tsp. of splenda (a little goes a long way)
enough veg. oil to thin it down
adjust the spices and splenda to your taste
There are a small amount of carbs in the splenda so be careful!
