I just used this amzing recipe!!!! But unfourtunatly instead of eating straight after frying them I ate them an hour later!!! They werent as crunchy as they were supposed to be
... but still delciouce!!!! 
here is the recipe but don't be like me and eat right after! haha ^_^
1/2 cup of protein powder (i used whey's)
1/4 tsp numeg (optional)
2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp heavy cream (i used half and half)
1 egg
2 tbsp of water
1/4 cup splenda or other substitues ^_^
oil for frying
1) mix dry ingrediants, then mix in a seperate bowl liquid.
2) use around 1 1/2 of oil in frying pan and boil to around 350 F degrees
3)mix dry and liquid together and put spoon fulls into frying pan
4) flip over after 20-30 seconds depending how hot u made it
5) put on plate and sprinkle cinamin or more splenda
6) enjoy ^_^
