hmm not sure if this really qualifies as a recipe it is so easy.

try making your jello with strong decaffinated coffee, sweeten it with splenda to your taste. You will probably need a little more then you usually put in your coffee (I take mine black and use one packet). top it off with liquid heavy cream...or whipped if you prefer...

I think it is pretty yummy

Is coffee added to flavored jello or the unflavored kind?

My husband and I love various coffee desserts & drinks and I just found this and thought it sounded interesting.
