  • Low carb eggnog! Induction friendly?

    I found on the Main Forum a girl talking about how she tried an eggnog shake instead of drinking the Atkins shake, and it sounded really good. She did not have specifics, so I tried to.

    I cracked one egg (if you have the Magic Bullet this is so much easier), and put it in the blender. Blend until frothy. Then add a splash or two of heavy cream, about a teaspoon of vanilla extract, two packets of splenda, and about two sprinkles of nutmeg (I also added two ice cubes so it would be very cold). Then pour in a cup and drink!

    It's AWESOME!!!!! The best dessert shake ever!!!!!!!!!!!

      I don't see why not. You are allowed all the ingredients listed above, just don't overdo it, and make sure you count the carbs in it.

        I tried this tonight but couldn't find any nutmeg so I just used "Pumpkin Pie Spice".

        It was delicious!
