I love chocolate, dark chocolate being one at the top. Well, thanks to some recipes that made me familiar with different ingridients, I experimented and came up with a 1 car chocolate bar.
The whole bar is only 1 carb but keep in mind, it's to help those cravings only.
I choose to leave Splenda out but you can add 1 to 2 packets, therefore making the carb count 2-3 per bar.
So, here it is.
You'll need foil or a mold.
Dark cocoa powder
Coconut oil
Rum extract *I use imitation rum or vanilla sometimes*
In a bowl, mix four teaspoons of coconut oil, one drop of the extract and two level teaspoons of cocoa. This is where you'd add the your Splenda if you want but try it without first. The extract helps even out the flavors.
Mix well until smooth and pour into your mold or foil. I make a square with edges out of foil and pour it in there. It comes out like a chocolate bar.
Freeze and it's ready when firm. The thinner you mold it, the faster it's ready!!!
ENJOY!!!
PS. Don't try to make milk chocolate by placing heavy whipped cream in the mixture while it's cold. It'll firm up the coconut oil in clums. Heat cream and then mix it in.
