  • pudding...well...kinda....

ok, i know some will snarl at the sound of this, but i LOVE it. i've been eating it since week 2 of my atkins experience, and have been on cheat free for 8 weeks now. i've lost roughly 24 lbs, and only had one slight stall.

ok, really easy here guys and gals... get a package of jello sugar free fat free pudding mix. says like 7 grams of carbs per serving, but that's with MILK. i mix this thoroughly with an entire LARGE tub of light cool-whip. 1 gram of carbs in that.

mix on high for a while, it takes a while to dissolve.
refrigerate and serve. i get a BUNCH of servings out of this. it's really rich, and sweet, and cures ALL cravings.

i'm estimating 4 carbs per serving. no joke. it's AWESOME.

    p.s. i'm new on here.....

Majik before you get too excited about this recipe.... It has been verified that those 7 carbs per serving are per the package WITHOUT MILK, you have to add the milk carbs in if you use milk or whatever liquid substance chosen.

Andddddd that 1 carb of cool whip is for 1 tbsp BUT its also 1 grm of sugar per tablespoon. This low carb dessert has now added up to almost 10 carbs per serving!!!

Thought you should know that you are now looking at a much higher carb count for this dessert and if you are induction well you know the results.

wait wait.... you said that that's 7 g for the PACKAGE.... so if i'm getting at least 4 servings out of it, that would be like 2 g per serving, and let's say i consume 3 tbsp of coowhip with it, that would be 5 right?? that's not too bad as long as i keep it down and only do it once in a while right??

Here is the perfect solution, and it is SO good - use a box of sugar free Jello instant pudding - about 6 grams for the entire box - prepare it exactly as it says on the box, except instead of using milk, use heavy whipping cream. Pet brand heavy whipping cream has ZERO carbs. It makes the most wonderful, mousse-like dessert! The only flavors I have been able to find in the sugar free are french vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, banana cream and butterscotch.

Someone had pudding pops on here that were made with Heaving Whipping Cream, Water and Sugar Free Pudding, I had a taste before freezing them to see how it went, not bad but could've used less water. I may have to give this another try and see what happens.
