    LO-CARB CHEESECAKE

     3 8-oz. pkg. thawed (very soft) cream cheese
     3 eggs
     3 teaspoons vanilla
     30 pkg. Splenda

    combine and bake in deep pan for 45 min. at 350 deg (no oven pre-heating)

    refrigerate overnight until very cold, not frozen

    ----------------------------------------------

    for a little added sweetening:

     dash almond extract
     dash ground lemon peel
