Serves 6 - no cooking time. 270cals per portion but only 2g of carbs
200g7oz of full-fat cream cheese
150ml/1/4 of a pint of double/heavy cream
1tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder (dissolved in boiling water and left to cool)
2 tsp of your preferred low carb sweetner
a little sifted cocoa powder for dusting
Beat together cream cheese and double cream, stir in dissolved cocoa powder and sugar/sweetener
Spoon into six small espresso sized cups or ramekins i guess and chill until firm.
Serve dusted with a little cocoa powder for some extra decadence.
