It totally depends. The Peanut Butter cup recipe and mud pie no bake cheesecake would be the highest rung at legume because of peanut butter. The turtle cheesecake is Dairy Rung (nuts and whipping cream).

I have doubted my ability to make it to goal in the past. If I ever make these cheesecakes, I'm SURE it won't happen!! Sinful. Purely sinful!!! Looks awesome and I'm so glad they don't look terribly EASY to make! Thank goodness they're not easy!

You are so sweet! Thank you. They're truly gourmet cheesecakes. The effort makes them so rich, you really have to freeze much of it and put it away. Right now my freezer is filled with cheesecakes! lol
