    Looking for Induction safe dessert

I would like an induction safe dessert that doesn't require any exotic ingredients, as I am ing Germany and don't knwo where to find a health food store. I have access to a millitary commisary and can buy American brand foods.

Your help is greatly appreciated. Day three is killing me!! Trying to stick to it with variety!

Or is it better to avoid all sugar/and substitutes during induction?

The sweetener preferred is Splenda, be sure to stay within your daily allowance and count the carbs as well.

Make sure when you get the pumpkin that it is just canned "pumpkin" and not the pumpkin pie mix stuff. Have fun, and enjoy!
