For those of you who are sick of drinking plain water, here is a nice alternative.
Lemon Cucumber water
1 pitcher of water
3 thin slices of cucumber
3 thin slices of lemon
Stick it in the fridge and chill. It's that easy. You can refill the pitcher 2 times or so before you need to replace the lemon and cukes. It's very refreshing... nice in the summertime. Hard to believe that the lemon and cukes make a difference without squeezing them, but they do. I imagine that the carbs added by this are so infinitesimally small that you need not count them. Like I said, you aren't squeezing the lemons or cucumbers.

this would make a nice change... I'll make it for my sister though.. she barely drinks 1/4 glass a day
