I picked up a vegetarian low carb book a while back for more ideas re side dishes and the like. Anyway one of the suggested drinks was soya milk in cocoa etc
anyway it works out at 0.1g carbs for 100ml, which is VERY low
Not strictly by the book I know, but does it count as cheating and could I have a cup or so a day? A cup (American measure) would equate to 250ml, and 0.25g carbs
