If you don't know where to find the actual habiscus flower, then don't worry they have tea bags. It's delicious. ou prepare it the way you would Ice tea, if you want it as a cool refreashing drink. If not have it hot. It's great.

If you have any Mexican shops handy, go in an ask for "Jamaica" (pronounced like "ha-my-ca"). These are the dried hibiscus petals. Put a handful in a pot of water, bring to a boil, then seep for a minute. Strain the liquid into a 2 liter pitcher, fill the rest of the way with water, and add Splenda to taste (start with 1/2 cup). It's amazing how fruity it tastes! And it really tastes better than making it with tea bags - same for the coca tea I drink in Peru - so much better with the whole leaves than with the bags but I couldn't bring the leaves back to the US.
