    Ok, a lady I do not know suggested this. She said it was a good Atkins shake recipe, but I usually get dessert out of it, because it gels too much to be a shake.

    1 small pkg sugar-free jello any flavor, mixed with 1 cup boiling water, then 2 cups heavy cream.

    I find that this is seriously lacking in flavor for my taste and I would have to drink it immediately to be like a shake. It gels so quickly that I just eat it as a mousse-type dessert. Diluting it any more would give even less flavor.

    I have taken heavy cream and shaken it with lots of vanilla, or other flavorings, and even heated it. I thought I might try it with chocolate flavoring, but haven't yet. This is only when I HAD to have something other than water again.

    You've been talking about drinks and this reminded me of the smoothies I usd to make.

    Just blend ice, cream, and a diet rite. I usually did Orange because it reminded me of a dreamsicle. I used to work in an ice cream shop as a kid and this is how we'd do our sherbert coolers (minus the sherbert) and I loved those!

      This is what I do:

      I take one pack sugar free jello, disolve it in 1/2 cup boiling water, then I take 1 cup cream and whip it until it forms soft peaks, chill the jello for 10 mins in the freezer so it is lukewarm and mix the two together, I then pour into serving dishes and let it set.

      We call it "Fluff" and it works nicely, good level of flavour and although you get a smaller amount - it's good stuff!

        oooooo Higgies and Imgonnagetthin...... YEAH!!!

        Both of those sound good! I am gonna go them both. I have so much sf jello and I just bought some diet-rite and saw all the flavors. I have never seen the flavors before. Now I am happy. I almost need more variety in my drinks than I do my food. I can be happy with food as long as it is full flavored, but I drink so much water that I crave variety in drinks....even before Atkins
