2 packets (4 teaspoons equivalent) sweetener to 2 1/2 teaspoons cocoa? That seems like it would be a little bit on the bitter side.

The hot cocoa sounds yum!
So does the eggnog but it also sounds very involved.
I have a similar eggnog recipe in one of my low carb cook books.
I've been too scared to try to make it because it looks complex.

I couldn't get the cocoa to work, I back tracked it and got this address:

I guess this is the same one, it' the only low carb cocoa.
That one could have been removed if it is not the one I posted.
