I used to make these to satisfy my frappacino cravings when I was on atkins before. It really is very good (if you like frappacinos,that is!)
1 can Atkins shake (chocolate for a mocha-type,or vanilla)
1/2 to 1 cup very strong brewed coffee(depending on how much coffee taste you want)
1 packet splenda(if you like it a little bit sweeter)
First you need to chill the coffee and shake, then just mix all together really well. Very good like this or you can throw it in a blender with a little bit of ice and you have a frozen frappacino. Sometimes I would throw in a little extra cream, too.
As for carb count just count the 1 or 2 carbs the shake is and add another for the splenda, so you have only 2-3 carbs total for this! I need to point out though that the shakes are not induction-friendly, so make this after induction. Also if you add the cream count the carbs for it.
