    Is ther any carbs in Silhouette Water

    It is sweetened with potassium acesulfame.It says on lable not a significant source of things including sugars. The label states 0 carbs but since reading this site, even if the label says no carbs... some people are saying there are carbs in things that do say no carbs, so I have to ask.
    You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometime, you might find, you get what you need.

    I am not familiar with Silhouette water, but why would anyone need to drink water with sweeteners? I would suggest just drinking plain old tap or natural mineral water.

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      It's "naturaly flavored" water. Man I don't know about you but if I have to drink all that water it's gotta be something more than water. I like water when I'm thirsty. But to sip all day's gotta be something else therefore I need to know about this type of sweetner. becase I love the water...LOL

        For those of us in Canada that like this flavoured water, it is sweetened with potassium acesulfame.. street name (LOL) acesulfame K which is allowed....yeah!!

        I drink about a 1/2 L when get home at night. I do drink the regular stuff in the day time

          No there are no carbs in it, however a serving would count towards your 3 sweetener allowances for the day, and i find those waters quite sweet so i'd think 1/2 a litre might be all your sweetener for the day.

          Also, watch your weight loss, there is a chance that Ace-k could hinder your weight loss, some people are sensitive to different sweetners.

          You know, if you start drinking plain water, you may find it not as hard to take as you think . I went from someone who had to force down 1 glass of water, to someone who now can't live without at least 64oz a day!

            Thanks Sadie, I do drink the reg water but at nite or for a change I drink the Silhouette Water
