2 1/2 cups water
3 cups Splenda
3 tbsp instant (decaf) coffee
1 tsp vanilla
1 bottle (750 mili) 100 proof vodka
Mix water, Splenda, coffee, vanilla. Stir until dissolved. Pour into a 2 liter bottle, add vodka and shake.
I don't remember where I found this, but it is supposed to be 32 servings, at 2 carbs. I also suggest, starting with 2 cups Splenda and adding more if necessary. Otherwise it is too sweet. I haven't tried this, (still in induction) but I make it for my fiancee, who loves Kahlua. It's cheaper than buying it. When I do get to try it I plan on serving with cream over ice.
